Apartment Tenant Tips
1 Reserve Apartment
1). Confirm the apartment of your choice.
You can book online by msn, QQ, skype, and
you can also call our Customer Service
Number 0086-10-86588809.
2). Please inform us the period of your
stay, (include the time when you arrive and
leave)
3). After booking online or by phone, you'll
also need pay a RMB￥500 deposit, called
earnest money, and then tell us your remit
information immediately so that we can
confirm and complete your reservation within
6 hours.
Attention: We can't reserve your apartment,
if we haven't received your earnest money,
thanks for your understanding.
2 Check in procedure
1). Please arrive the apartment at the
promised time.
2). Pay the advance payment, fill out Check
in Form and sign the tenancy contract.
3). Show your Personal Identity Certificate
effectively (an original piece), include
identity card or passport.
4). Check all of furniture and appliances in
apartment, get the key.
Attention: From now, your RMB￥500 earnest
money will be converted as a cash pledge for
furniture and appliances.
3 Check out procedure
1). Check out time is 12:00 AM everyday.
From 12:00 AM to 18:00 PM is half day, after
18:00 PM is full day.
2). We will check all of furniture and
appliances in apartment, then deduct the
correlative fees and return the pledged
cash.
3). Return the key of the apartment.
4 Matters of advertence
1). You can remit RMB￥500 by virement at the
Bank Counter, please note that the
Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China
ShangHai Branch only accept virement between
two different city. If you make virement
from another bank, please take your Personal
Identity Certificate and our bank account
number.
2). If you have an electronic account
(E-Banking), you can also make the virement
to our four bank account online, the detail
of apply for a electronic account please
consult your local bank.
3). If you have an international VISA card,
you can also transfer money via paypal.
4). Want to extend your stay？ Please inform
us while you check in. If you decide to
extend your stay without any explain ahead,
maybe there is no apartment available for
you.
5). Want to shorten your stay？ Please inform
us while you check in too. If you decide to
shorten your stay without any explain ahead,
regardless of the reason or date of the
cancellation, there is no refund of the rent
paid.
5). Please use the electrical appliances and
electrical outlets safely, Please, Please
close the windows, doors, on-off switch, and
gas before you sleep and out always. Please
don't make bold to repair the electrical
appliances, electrical outlets, switch of
water faucet and gas, we shall not be
responsible for any damage or personal hurt
when you repair them. Take care your
valuables appropriately. In order to avoid
needless trouble, other person's stay is not
allowed.
6). Be a good disciplined and law-abiding
person.
